I vecchi PLC Step5 serie 100 (25 anni di et\u00e0) sono stati sostituiti con PLC siemens 300. <br>Tempo di fermo macchina circa 3 giorni cadauna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-vertically-aligned-top\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"493\" src=\"http:\/\/sysweb.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/SW0091_b.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sysweb.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/SW0091_b.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sysweb.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/SW0091_b-300x247.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>I due bus PLC step5 sono stati sostituiti da un unico bus step7. I vecchi fili sono stati collegati ad una morsettiera di appoggio e numerati secondo i relativi indirizzi I\/O. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;indirizzamento non \u00e8 stato modificato, di conseguenza anche lo schema elettrico \u00e8 rimasto invariato.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-vertically-aligned-top\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"493\" src=\"http:\/\/sysweb.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/SW0091_a.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sysweb.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/SW0091_a.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sysweb.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/SW0091_a-300x247.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Il vecchio pannello OP396 \u00e8 stato sostituito con un moderno PC touch. Alla pressa \u00e8 stato aggiunto il pacchetto di controllo di processo che permette l&#8217;analisi delle curve di iniezione.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La connessione in rete di tutte le macchine e l&#8217;utilizzo di un apposito software di controllo ha permesso una supervisione completa dell&#8217; intero processo.
